GAUCHO is looking for an enthusiastic Barback to join our GAUCHO Liverpool Team! The ideal Barback candidate will be eager to learn and want to grow within the company. You will need enthusiasm, energy and have the ability to work well within a team.

Key responsibilities of a GAUCHO Barback:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Preparing garnishes, ice and bar mise en place as required.
