GAUCHO is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Commis Waiter / Food Runner to join our team! The ideal candidates will be eager to learn, have a positive attitude and want to grow within the company. They will work well within a team and be happy to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • To adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures.
  • To provide backup service to all the service operations.
  • Ensure that tables are cleared and cleaned and reset during service.
  • To ensure that the bus stations are kept fully stocked and set for service.
  • Act as a role model to all new employees by showing a positive approach to your job role.
  • To ensure we are striving to make every guest a repeat guest by achieving the cycle of service every time.

  • A good level of English.
