Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a worldwide food company who are looking for a Video Content Administrator to work within their manufacturing training team. The main aspect of the role will be to assist in converting existing training materials from PowerPoint into an auto-translatable file format using Synthesia., * Import PowerPoint presentations and associated media (images, videos, text) into Synthesia from a wide library of existing training materials.

  • Organise and input all content in a structured manner to ensure smooth creation of final training modules.

  • Utilise Synthesia’s capabilities to automatically generate translations of voiceovers, subtitles, and text.

  • Ensure voiceovers are correctly aligned with the content and that subtitles are accurately synchronised with the video.

  • Review converted training materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with original content.

  • Identify and correct any issues with formatting, translations, or audio synchronisation., If you’ve never worked with us before, we’ll need some basic additional pieces of information to confirm your eligibility to work in the UK.
