ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR – JOB SPECIFICATION
We are family-owned and operated car dealership. Our reputation is built on providing a \”customer driven organisation determined to give the best possible representation of our franchises\” and dealing with our customers and suppliers on the basis of \”trust, honesty and integrity\”.
We are looking for a Part-time Accounts Administrator Monday to Friday mornings to join our team based in Crawley, West Sussex.
Our Accounts Administrator will play an important role in assisting the Financial Director in the day to day operation of the family business.
The main duties will include:
- To carry out daily reconciliation of card transactions.
- Carry out daily bank reconciliation as and when required.
- Daily input of purchase invoices.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure all supplier accounts balance at the end of the month and complete monthly supplier payments run.
- Log and monitor all company fuel purchases.
- Be responsible for petty cash and reconcile cash account monthly.
- Pay off car finance as advised by Sales Manager.
- Assist with any accounts queries either internally or externally including phone calls, emails and face to face.
- Any other duties reasonably requested by the Financial Director.
