Parking Project Delivery Manager
From £50,365, £1,100 flex allowance, up to 15% discretionary bonus + benefits.
This role takes an office first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.
What is the role?
The Project Delivery Manager will manage the delivery of key commercial and customer projects within the airport access and commercial products team.
What will you do?
- Work with product and project sponsors across the team to define the concept and requirements of key commercial and customer projects.
- Manage the delivery of projects including but not limited to car parking, commercial products and surface access.
- Lead the delivery items acting as the go-to person for all project related items.
- Co-ordinate the various elements of the project, acting as the key conduit between parts of the businesses and stakeholders ensuring the project is delivered on time and to cost.
- Track and report on the progress of projects, driving the delivery timeline.
- Organise and run project sessions, setting the milestones and taking the lead to drive delivery.
- Keep updated on what’s happening in the market and input into the product roadmap on innovation, best practice and customer insight.
- Prioritise project delivery with commercial and customer data and insights.
- Be the customer champion within the team, representing the customer at the table.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Degree educated.
- Project management qualifications, i.e., PRINCE2.
- Product management and business development experience, ideally in a travel related business with both physical and digital elements.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, working both internally and externally.
- Experience of contract negotiation, within the context of competition law and wider strategic objectives.
- Experience of business case sponsorship.
- Commercial aptitude, experience working to sales and cost targets.
- Ability to understand necessary trade-offs between cost, service standards, and revenue generation.
- Project management experience and ideally qualifications.
- Experience working with market research insight.
- Experience working with project management tools.
