The predicted salary is between 52930 - 52930 € per year.

From £52,930, £4,750 flex allowance, up to 20% discretionary bonus + benefits.

To lead on Gatwick's overall digital and design strategy supporting the airport's strategic objectives while protecting and enhancing the company's reputation.

Responsible for managing London Gatwick's corporate social channels, the corporate website pages, and developing and executing the content strategy across written and visual content, including video and photography.

Responsible for creating design assets across digital and print, owning London Gatwick's internal brand and style guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Own digital and design strategy across corporate social channels, the corporate website pages, also creating design assets for the wider comms team (e.g. infographics, annual report, social media and internal comms campaigns)
  • Manage and deliver Gatwick's proactive social media content – LinkedIn, X, Facebook
  • Manage, write, edit and update content for Gatwick's corporate website and other corporate content
  • Head and co‐ordinate crisis communications across social media and website
  • Corporate guide and content creator on design, content creation and implementation of all social and internal design needs
  • Effectively manage a Digital Communications and Design Executive
  • Video content creator and editor, bringing concepts and ideas that will engage audiences across social
  • Deliver a monthly dashboard demonstrating progress against KPIs for each channel and overall digital/design work
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading on corporate communications across social channels and corporate website
  • Demonstrable experience leading on content creation written & visual for corporate social media and web pages
  • Management of corporate communications via website and socials for crisis communications
  • Direct line management experience – essential
  • Solid experience of design tools and video content
  • Demonstratable experience working with third parties on concept creations, briefings, and delivery of collateral
  • Experience of managing the image library, creating corporate collateral templates and engaging assets such as reports
  • Graphic designing experience – Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential), Video Editing skills essential
  • Knowledge of web languages – HTML, HTML5 & CSS3, Knowledge of Google analytics, SEO, SEM
  • Strong understanding of reputation management
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on digital performance, analysing data to provide optimised digital strategy
  • Creative background to drive traffic to website and social media channels
  • Proven track record in working on multiple projects at any given time with strong organisational skills
  • Solid experience of budget management
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
