This role provides day‑to‑day administrative and technical support across our ethics framework and data protection programme. This role includes maintaining records, assisting with routine processes, supporting policy updates, and ensuring colleagues have access to the right information and guidance. You will play an important role in promoting good ethical practice and helping embed data protection into everyday activities across the organisation.
What will you do?
- Support the ongoing delivery of the Ethics and Data Protection plans, helping to coordinate activities and ensuring work is aligned with business priorities and day‑to‑day operations across the airport.
- Assist with maintaining and updating policies and procedures, helping translate industry guidance into clear, practical materials.
- Help deliver awareness and engagement activities, preparing materials and supporting multi‑channel campaigns that make Ethics and Data Protection straightforward and relatable for colleagues.
- Contribute to promoting our Speak Up culture.
- Provide support during compliance or data protection incidents.
- Assist the Head of Ethics & Data Protection with regulatory interactions, helping to prepare documentation, track deadlines, and organise responses.
- Support audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of the Ethics and Data Protection programmes.
- Work collaboratively across departments to promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability in day‑to‑day operations.
- Deliver training and capability‑building programmes on compliance and privacy, ensuring colleagues globally have the knowledge they need.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Certifications such as CIPP or CCEP preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in a compliance and/or privacy role.
- Understanding of data protection and compliance regulations.
- IT‑savvy and cyber‑aware, comfortable with CCTV, biometrics, and emerging technologies.
- Skilled in creating engaging materials and delivering training both online and face‑to‑face.
- Sector Knowledge: Airports, transport, energy, utilities, or other large‑scale infrastructure environments is desirable.
