What will you do?
- Lead the development and implementation of the Supplier Performance & Relationship Management (SPRM) strategy.
- Build robust performance‑based partnerships with strategic and critical suppliers.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance, risk, and compliance using evaluation frameworks and dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain delivery across cost, quality, innovation, and social responsibility.
- Own and embed the Supplier Code of Conduct across all procurement activities.
- Conduct market engagement to attract and develop a capable and resilient supply chain.
- Support procurement colleagues with best practice tools and training in supplier relationships and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to manage business continuity and ensure supply chain resilience.
Do you have what we're looking for?
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant commercial, construction, or business field.
- Professional qualifications such as MCIPS, MRICS, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- A track record in capital projects supply chain management, including contract and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in live operational environments—aviation or infrastructure—would be advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, CEMAR, and web‑based contract management systems.
