This role takes an office-first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.\\n\\nWhat is the role?\\n\\nThe purpose of the Airspace Office Analyst is to fulfill the data collection, analysis and reporting requirements for aircraft track keeping, noise monitoring and night jet management.\\n\\nWhat will you do?\\n● Responsible for the data collection, analysis and, where appropriate, reporting of the full range of tracking keeping, noise abatement and night jet monitoring requirements. \\n● Creating reports, briefings, analysis and responses to a range of requests and enquiries – from senior members of the leadership team, GAL stakeholders and external stakeholders such as the DfT or CAA – concerning aircraft noise and track keeping. </p><p> \\n● Assist in managing the Noise and Track Keeping system, ensuring that data and information integrity is maintained to the required standards. \\n● Act as the point of contact for arranging and coordinating documents and minutes for regular stakeholder committee meetings, to ensure meetings take place efficiently and followed up actions are captured. \\n● Assist the Airspace Office Administrator with responding to complaints during peak times.\\n\\nDo you have what were looking for?\\n● Degree-level qualification, ideally in a related subject matter or equivalent aviation-related experience. </p><p> \\n● Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, including experience in modelling and mapping software. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI would be beneficial. \\n● Experience of airspace, Air Traffic Control, airport andor aircraft operations highly desirable. </p><p> \\n● Knowledge of aircraft airline operations, airport operations and air traffic management. \\n● Knowledge of sustainability and environmental management relevant to aviation and aircraft noise. \\n● Familiarity with acoustics, noise monitoring and noise reporting. </p><p> \\n● Practised in writing a range of material including, for example: detailed formal reports, formal letter writing and responses to requests for information. \\n● Skilled in interrogating data and reports and setting out compelling, evidence-based arguments. \\n● Experience of collaborative working across and outside a business and with multi-disciplinary governmentregulatorindustry teams (and preferably with local stakeholders). </p><p> \\n● Skilled in the application of data visualisation tools and presentation to a wide range of audiences.\\n\\nWhats in it for you?\\n\\nWe value our people and reward every employee fairly with a highly competitive package, enhanced by an annual bonus, share scheme, pension, and lifestyle insurance.
