About us: Gatyo's ristorante is a family run Italian restaurant in Ballymena. Our work environment includes food provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food production
  • Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the management team
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
