- We are currently recruiting for a
Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support a major offshore wind operations project on a Service Operations Vessel (SOV) operating from the UK and Germany. This is an
Outside IR35 contract opportunity working 12 hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, tools, consumables, PPE, certification, calibration and waste management processes.
- Support efficient receipt, shipment, tracking and allocation of parts and equipment.
- Maintain communication between offshore teams, vessel management and shorebased support functions.
- Ensure service kits, tooling, and vessel stores are available to support planned maintenance activities.
- Deliver toolbox talks and pre-work briefs while supporting safe and efficient offshore operations.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, stores, or stock control operations within offshore wind, marine or engineering environments.
- Valid GWO Advanced First Aid, Sea Survival, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness and Slinger/Signaller certifications.
- Ability to travel and work offshore in Germany.
- Experience with SCADA or turbine control systems would be advantageous.
- Location
- Based around offshore operations from Harwich, UK, with vessel operations travelling between the UK, Germany, and offshore wind farm locations.
