The Role:
- Manual composite lay‑up using carbon fibre, glass and honeycomb
- Working to drawings, specs and work instructions
- Completing route cards and maintaining traceability
- Supporting quality, safety and continuous improvement
Experience Required:
- Proven, recent composite laminating experience
- Carbon fibre experience
- Able to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Desirable:
- Aerospace, F1 or Motorsport background
- NVQ Level 3 or apprenticeship
Eligibility:
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, meet ITAR requirements, and be eligible for BPSS clearance.
