About the role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise in permanent hiring across the renewable energy sector. You’ll own and grow your desk, building trusted relationships, qualifying roles, designing search strategies, and advising stakeholders to deliver successful, sustainable hires.
What you’ll do
- Manage Permanent Recruitment spanning CAPEX roles, early design, commissioning and build stages, across offshore wind farms, solar farms, onshore wind farms and wider large-scale construction projects.
- Your focus will be mainly the UK and Western Europe.
- You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, agree search plans, and provide clear, data-led hiring advice.
- You will manage talent through direct headhunting, market mapping, and industry networks.
