Are you an experienced recruitment consultant within Trades & Labour, Skilled Construction, Civils or Highways who has reached a point where you're ready for more ownership, more progression and the opportunity to build something of your own? We're looking for an ambitious Senior Consultant to launch and grow our Highways Blue-Collar desk, supported by an established and highly successful construction division that has already built strong relationships across the sector. This isn't a replacement role. This is a genuine growth opportunity created to capitalise on increasing demand from existing clients and expand our blue-collar offering within the highways market.
Why This Opportunity?
- Unlike many "build a desk" opportunities, you won't be starting from zero.
- You'll have access to warm introductions, established client relationships and existing opportunities generated through a successful highways white-collar team, giving you a platform to hit the ground running.
- You'll work closely with established business leaders who already support major contractors across the infrastructure sector and are actively looking to expand blue-collar capability within their accounts.
- You'll take ownership of developing the highways blue-collar offering, recruiting across a range of civils and infrastructure positions, while expanding existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience
- Trades & Labour, Skilled Construction, Civils, Infrastructure or Highways recruitment experience
- Strong business development skills
- A track record of client engagement and relationship building
- Ambition to progress into leadership
- The drive to build something rather than simply maintain an existing desk
