- Managing the full recruitment cycle for permanent roles – from sourcing candidates to closing deals.
- Building strong relationships with clients and truly understanding their hiring needs.
- Engaging top talent through headhunting, networking, and job boards.
- Conducting interviews and matching candidates with the right long-term opportunities.
