Join a team that's actively shaping the future of renewable energy. I’m currently looking to connect with talented Project Development Engineers who are passionate about clean energy and want to be part of meaningful solar projects — from early-stage development right through to delivery. This role sits at the heart of what we do: turning ambitious solar concepts into real, bankable projects. You’d be working closely with cross-functional teams, landowners, local authorities, and EPCs, helping drive technical development while keeping a sharp eye on feasibility, design, and execution.
What you'd be doing:
- Supporting the end-to-end development of solar PV projects, from feasibility through to construction
- Leading site assessments, early-stage design, and energy yield modelling
- Liaising with planning consultants, DNOs, and stakeholders to de-risk projects
- Providing technical input into procurement, financial models, and permitting processes
- Working with EPCs to ensure designs are buildable, efficient, and cost-effective
- Staying ahead of solar tech trends and evolving grid/regulatory requirements
What we're looking for:
- Solid technical background in solar PV or renewables
- Experience with project development (ideally across multiple project stages)
- Someone who can think ahead, problem-solve, and collaborate well with both internal and external teams
This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at a time when the solar industry is growing fast. If this sounds like you — or someone in your network — I’d love to have a chat.
