We are looking for a Payroll Delivery Co‑Ordinator to join the team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of contractor payrolls. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced payroll environment, with regular interaction across the business and with external contractors.
The Role
- Support weekly payroll processing
- Maintain payroll records
- Handle payroll-related queries, ensuring compliance with HMRC legislation and internal procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly contractor payrolls (PAYE, CIS, deemed payrolls)
- Maintain accurate payroll records and systems
- Respond to payroll queries via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and HMRC requirements
- Process ad-hoc payments outside of payroll (e.g. VAT or faster payments)
- Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining data accuracy
