Our client, a leading provider of mechanical and electrical services across various sectors, is currently seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their operations team in Kettering. The role involves managing mechanical aspects of data centre projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Eligibility:

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend project start-up meetings and manage all mechanical aspects of the project
- Familiarise yourself with project details and specifications
- Collate and process technical submittals until approval
- Manage the labour tracker and maintain weekly progress reports
- Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team
- Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment
- Ensure adequate materials are available to complete the project
- Implement construction and commissioning programmes
- Manage handover processes and maintain document management systems
- Attend meetings with subcontractors and general site meetings
- Report innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role
- Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects
- Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred
