An opportunity has arisen to join a large-scale digital organisation investing heavily in cloud security and platform resilience. We are supporting a client in the retail and digital commerce sector to hire a Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen security across their Azure cloud and application platforms. You’ll work alongside cloud, platform and engineering teams to design, implement and enforce security guardrails, secure Kubernetes and cloud-native services, and continuously improve the organisation’s cloud security posture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Engineering security controls across Azure cloud environments
- Implementing and optimising cloud security tooling (CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP)
- Securing containers, Kubernetes and serverless workloads
- Defining and embedding security standards and guardrails
- Working with internal teams and vendors to integrate security solutions
- Translating technical risk into clear, actionable insight
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in cloud security engineering
