What you'll be doing:
- Managing the delivery, maintenance and ongoing running of a key onshore wind project.
- Managing grid interfaces and connection obligations.
- Overseeing engineering tasks, technical queries and contractor deliverables.
- Supporting contract procurement, placement and administration.
- Driving HSE and CDM compliance across all activities.
- Handling planning condition discharge and regulatory interactions.
- Tracking performance, risks, reporting and commercial impacts.
- Resolving issues quickly to keep the assets running safely and efficiently.
Beyond this, the scope of the role has baked-in learning & development, from shadowing the Senior PM Team, continuous learning and development and building your understanding of industry-leading best practice.
What you'll bring:
- Relevant degree – Engineering, Renewables etc.
- Around 3 years in onshore wind, solar or BESS (or strong transferable experience).
- Experience supporting project delivery at multiple stages.
- Understanding of contracts, deliverables and payment processes.
- Familiarity with grid operators and connection milestones.
- Awareness of project economics, QA and CDM regulations.
- Comfortable with tools like AutoCAD, GIS, PVSyst.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and translate technical detail into commercial outcomes.
Working pattern: Glasgow office: 3 days per week plus home office & site visits. Hybrid, supportive, straightforward culture.
