Join the Frontline of Talent in the Defence Sector. As a Recruitment Consultant on our Blue Collar Permanent desk, you’ll take ownership of a profitable portfolio of trusted client relationships across a variety of sectors. This is an established market with strong potential, giving you the opportunity to drive business development while building long-term partnerships. You’ll be supported by an experienced team but will have the autonomy to shape your own success.
This is a true 360 role, with around 60% focused on growing and developing client accounts, and 40% on candidate delivery. Typical roles you will cover include mechanical engineers, assembly technicians and wiremen.
We are looking for individuals with:
- Proven success in a 360 permanent recruitment role.
- Experience recruiting into engineering skillsets (defence experience not required).
