The Role

This is a true account management role built around quality, not volume. You’ll focus on:

  • Strategic headhunting and deep candidate engagement
  • Working with passive candidates in niche Defence markets
  • Market mapping and targeted outreach
  • Intelligent qualification – not high‑volume CV sending
  • Building trusted, advisory‑led relationships
  • Running candidate‑led BD alongside the consultant

You’ll be supported, trusted, and given space to do recruitment properly.
