Civil Project Manager Role Summary As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the civil construction scope of projects from conception through to completion.

You will manage a wide range of construction projects, including grid connection and private/balance of plant works ranging from LV (Low Voltage) up to 132k V.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, technical expertise, and the ability to successfully coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Main Responsibilities General Work collaboratively as part of a wider project team.

Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Coordinate teams across various disciplines to achieve successful project outcomes.

Minimise civil construction expenditure wherever possible.

Identify and contribute to cost-saving opportunities across the business.

Support the development and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental systems and policies.

Maintain and develop technical knowledge and professional competence.
