Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Test Technician to join their manufacturing team at their site near Eastleigh. This hands-on role involves testing electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards and supporting a clean, well-organised production environment.
This is a temp-to-perm position, offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate following a successful qualification period.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct production testing in accordance with defined procedures, documentation, and test equipment
- Test PCB and mechanical assemblies to meet quality and performance standards
- Accurately identify and verify electronic components
- Maintain high-quality output, aiming for zero defects
- Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards
- Follow route cards, job cards, and engineering drawings accurately
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the production team
- Comply with all company policies and codes of conduct
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor
