Senior Recruitment Consultant – Renewable Energy | London | Permanent Make a difference in renewable energy. About the role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise in permanent hiring across the renewable energy sector. You’ll own and grow your desk, building trusted relationships, qualifying roles, designing search strategies, and advising stakeholders to deliver successful, sustainable hires. What you’ll do Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent roles across solar, wind, energy storage and emerging clean technologies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with renewable energy companies: Developers IPPs (Independent Power Producers) EPCs OEMs Consultancies & utilities Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, agree search plans, and provide clear, data-led hiring advice. Source talent through direct headhunting, market mapping, and industry networks; qualify clients and their requirements, attend industry events, and help expand our renewable energy practice. What you’ll bring If you have previous experience and knowledge of recruiting electrical designers & developers, then stop scrolling now, we want to hear from you! Deep knowledge of the renewable landscape, key players, regulations, and growth areas. Commercial drive with proven business development success and the resilience to grow a high-performing desk.
