The Opportunity

What you’ll do:

• Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates within the Defence sector that work within International Shipbuilding focusing on the Canadian and Australian Market.
• Headhunt passive candidates using market mapping, database intelligence, and targeted outreach.
• Use Recruiter, Lusha, and Matchtech’s database to identify, engage, and “open up” candidates through consultative conversations.
• Ensuring SLAs are met, including same‑day note submission and 24‑hour CV feedback.
• Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure reliability and minimise dropouts.
• Develop your desk through spec recruitment, candidate-led business development, and trusted advisory relationships.
• This is a quality-led, relationship-driven market where success is built through strategic headhunting, strong candidate engagement, and intelligent client qualification - not high-volume CV sending.

What you’ll bring:
