As an Automotive Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment. We are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our Automotive team. You will be working with Automotive OEMs, 1st & 2nd tier suppliers to recruit for a variety of Engineering & Manufacturing skillsets across both permanent and contract positions. You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” – your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you\’ll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role. What’s in it for you?
