Ready to build a high-performing desk in one of the UK’s most established engineering sectors – where long-term aircraft orders keep demand consistently high? This role sits within Matchtech’s Aerospace team, supporting a well-established desk focused on design, development, test, manufacturing and assembly talent across next‑generation aerospace programmes.

The Opportunity

You will own and grow a 360-desk specialising in high‑value aerospace roles including:

  • Design Engineers
  • Stress Engineers
  • Test & Development Engineers
  • Manufacturing Engineers
  • Quality Engineers
  • Production Managers
  • Skilled Aerospace Technicians

You’ll build long‑term client partnerships, develop deep candidate networks and play a key role in helping OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers meet programme delivery targets.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Proactive sales and business development across aerospace OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers
  • Building long-term, consultative partnerships with clients
  • Developing a high-quality candidate network in a skills-short market
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
  • Becoming the go-to specialist for aerospace engineering & manufacturing talent
