The Role

This is a true account management role built around quality, not volume. You’ll focus on:

  • Strategic headhunting and deep candidate engagement.
  • Working with passive candidates in niche Defence markets.
  • Market mapping and targeted outreach.
  • Intelligent qualification – not high-volume CV sending.
  • Building trusted, advisory-led relationships.
  • Running candidate-led BD alongside the consultant.

You’ll be supported, trusted, and given space to do recruitment properly.
