As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will develop technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in a strong and people‑first environment.
We are looking for a sales orientated and confident person to join our Cyber Security team in Cheltenham at a time when we are firmly on a growth trajectory; now is a great time to join this team!
You will grow, what we refer to as \”your desk\” — a hub of activity where you\’ll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients, and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancies. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

We are looking for individuals with:
- Recruiters with 2+ years\’ 360 sales experience (from any sector) – we can teach you Cyber.
- Alternatively Cyber sales professionals who know the market and language – we\’ll train you in recruitment.
