Gatling is a Tech company redefining how engineering teams test application performance at scale. With 30M+ downloads and a thriving open-source community, we're trusted by engineering teams at some of the world's most demanding companies, across fintech, streaming, banking, and SaaS. We're a team of 30, multicultural and remote-friendly. Our GTM motion is precision-driven: signal-based, content-backed, and highly targeted. We're now building the infrastructure layer that makes this possible at scale — and this role sits at the center of that.
What you'll do:
You'll build and operate Gatling's GTM infrastructure — owning signal detection, data enrichment, CRM architecture, and the toolchain that connects them. This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of RevOps, automation, and go-to-market execution.
What you'll own:
- Design and maintain the signal detection layer (product usage, docs, community, third-party intent tools)
- Build and operate data enrichment and automation workflows (Clay, Zapier, webhooks)
- Own Salesforce architecture: field mapping, lifecycle stages, reporting, and attribution
- Ensure CRM data quality, consistency, and hygiene across the full GTM stack
- Connect tools into coherent workflows and document repeatable GTM playbooks
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to translate signals into structured outreach plays
You're a fit if you have:
- 4+ years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a technical Growth role in B2B SaaS
- Strong Salesforce skills — field mapping, lifecycle logic, reporting (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with enrichment and automation tooling (Clay, Zapier, or similar)
- Comfort building and owning multi-tool GTM workflows end-to-end
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience with ABM/ABX motions and account-centric go-to-market
- Familiarity with developer intent tools (Reo.dev, G2, Common Room…)
- Background with technical products or developer audiences
- HubSpot experience (workflows, properties, scoring)
- French is a plus
- Experience with technical products, developer audiences, or signal-based marketing is a strong plus.
What we offer:
- Full remote flexibility: Work from anywhere in France, with monthly in-person workshops in Paris to stay connected as a team.
- Real ownership, small team: 30 people means your work ships fast, your decisions matter, and you're never one layer removed from impact.
- Build from the ground up: The GTM Engineer role is new — you'll define how it works, not inherit someone else's setup.
- Home office allowance: €200/year to set up your workspace the way you work best.
- Luncheon vouchers: Daily meal benefits to cover lunch, wherever you're working from.
- Transport reimbursement: 50% of your public transport card covered each month.
- Compensation based on experience and profile
