We are seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our caring, enthusiastic and forward‑thinking Trust. The successful candidate will be committed to making a positive difference to young people’s lives and to supporting and developing their learning.
Responsibilities
- Have high expectations for all children, be a committed team player and work collaboratively to meet the learning and development needs of all children.
- Support children’s learning and development.
- Be confident in delivering to groups of children of all abilities.
- Be flexible and have experience working with primary children.
- Be open to professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children.
- Experience within a school setting (preferred).
- Creative and passionate about working with children.
- Excellent subject knowledge.
- Empathetic, patient and able to use initiative when working with children.
- Excellent spoken English standard as described under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
