Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Join our dynamic team of 14 chefs in a high-volume contract catering environment.
- Oversee and manage a large, multi-outlet site, delivering consistent, high-quality service across two restaurants, three cafés, street food pop-ups, and a busy hospitality events programme.
- Follow Recipes: Execute effective, efficient food production using company recipe sheets.
- Menu Mastery: Maintain full knowledge of all menu items served.
- Quality Control: Maintain high food quality and brand standards consistently.
- Service Levels: Replenish and maintain food levels throughout all service periods.
- Minimize Waste: Manage production levels actively to ensure minimal wastage.
- Data Tracking: Capture and record all volumes consumed and overproduction daily.
- Safety Standards: Ensure high hygiene, health, and safety standards meet Aramark requirements.
- Report Anomalies: Identify and report any kitchen equipment faults or safety incidents immediately.
- Checklists: Assist in compiling all shift opening and closing checklists.
- Flexibility: Undertake ad hoc back-of-house duties when required.
- Innovation: Discuss fresh ideas or operational improvements with your line manager.
