You’ll be working in a brand new, state‑of‑the‑art kitchen with a fantastic working environment and stunning city views. This role sits within a busy staff restaurant offering a diverse and fresh food concept, including Classic British, European and global fusion dishes, alongside pizza, pasta, deli and street food pop‑ups.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing high‑quality food for breakfast and lunch services, catering for around 1,200 employees
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing and developing a team of 9 chefs
- Delivering a varied food offer including Classic British, European and Global Fusion dishes, along with pizza, pasta, deli and street food concepts
- Creating a positive kitchen environment where the team feel supported and motivated
- Identifying opportunities to improve food quality and overall service
- Supporting with ordering, stock control and minimising food waste
- Assisting with budget control and achieving financial targets
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and food handling regulations
- Be a strong communicator who builds positive relationships
- Be proactive, organised and able to take initiative
- Have a passion for food and delivering quality dishes
- Work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
