We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef Manager to join our dedicated catering team, who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly innovative corporate environment.

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Location: CV23 9LP

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to consistently deliver high-quality food service for an additional 80 covers (+4 covers per day).
  • Ensure smooth service flow, maintaining efficiency and standards during increased demand.
  • Adapt staffing and prep schedules to meet rising cover volumes without compromising quality.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 12 kitchen staff.
  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and succession planning to build a strong, skilled team.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience.
