Gather & Gather in Reading is seeking a talented Lead Chef to head daily kitchen operations, delivering 150-200 lunch covers per day. You will create fresh menus, lead a commis chef, and ensure high standards of presentation, hygiene and food safety.
You will also manage food prep, stock control and costs, deputise for the Catering Manager when required, and explore seasonal menus and pop-ups to keep the offer exciting and relevant.
