We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to work with us in London looking after a collection of B&I sites. Location: London Rate of pay: £55,000-£60,000 per annum + amazing benefits Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday We are looking for someone who can: • Ensure contracts are organised and performing in accordance with and to our brand standards and company values • Assist the managers in the overall efficient and effective management of their contracts, which is to provide a high-quality product and food service to our clients • Ensure development and training of our team • Assist in ensuring that contracts are running in line with contractual obligations • Drive the service and support to exceed our clients and customers’ expectations, innovating and being creative • Implement plans to achieve successful results for each contract What’s in it for you?
