£44,000 per annum / 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.30pm

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef Manager to join our dedicated catering team and produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in a highly innovative corporate environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring the company’s reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times.
  • Take a hands‑on approach to food production for all employee dining and an extensive range of pop‑ups.
  • Maintain an exceptional drive for quality and innovation.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of food safety, Health & Safety and COSHH.
  • Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and monitor all kitchen costs against agreed budgets.

  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager, demonstrating a track record of catering for large numbers while making each meal feel individually prepared.
  • Possesses a strong personality with great people skills, able to lead, develop, train and inspire a small team.

  • Excellent food innovation and development skills, keeping up to date with current food trends.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
