Gather and Gather is seeking a Head of Operations to join our team covering the South/Home Counties.

This hybrid role offers a Monday–Friday pattern, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £75,000 per annum.

You will deliver high standards of food and service across all sites, drive improvements, manage budgets, recruit senior teams, and ensure compliance with H&S, HACCP and COSHH.
