We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Supervisor to join our expanding events team at University College London – the second largest university in the UK. We operate a busy hospitality and events schedule throughout various campus of the university - everything from graduation parties, conferences, dinners, BBQs and other events.
Location: University College London, Gower Street, WC1E 6BT
Rate of pay: £31,320 pa to £33,449.76
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7
- Ensure that the client expectations of hospitality food & drinks service are consistently delivered in line with the Gather & Gather brand.
- Conduct full briefings to all staff regarding events, detailing food and food service standards to ensure that the staff are fully aware of the client requirements and their role in delivery.
- Continually monitor the service and food provided at an event and give feedback to the service team to ensure the food and service is of the highest quality and in line with client requirements.
- Ordering and managing of stock levels for all hospitality food, drinks and equipment
- Have a passion for food, drinks and hospitality
