Come and join our award-winning teams - we are currently recruiting for a b Hospitality Sous Chef /b to join our team. /p p b Salary: /b 35,000 per annuum /p p b Location: /b Oxford Brookes University /p p b Shift Pattern: /b 5 over 7, 40 hours per week /p p br /p p b Key Responsibilities: /b /p ul li Lead the delivery of high-quality hospitality catering for conferences, meetings, and events ranging from 50-450 covers. /li li Produce and oversee a variety of hospitality offers, including buffets, canap s, fine dining, and banqueting. /li li Support the Head Chef and Executive Chef in managing service and maintaining exceptional food standards. /li li Ensure cost-effective operations, food safety compliance, and strong attention to detail. /li li Work collaboratively as part of the wider kitchen team, providing support and guidance to junior chefs. /li li Utilise previous conference and banqueting experience to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. /li li Be flexible to support evening and weekend events as required. /li /ul p br /p p b Whats in it for you? /b /p p Working with b Gather and Gather /b has its perks!
