Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4YJ
Working Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week with shifts between 7am to 3.30pm, 8am to 4pm, 10am to 6pm and occasional 1pm to 9pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
- Develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
- Be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers
- Lead and manage a small team of 10
- Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standards
- Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team
- Provide feedback and coaching on performance
- Ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSHH and Food Hygiene training
- Managing daily kitchen operations, leading a culinary team, and ensuring high standards for food quality and safety
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within Contract Catering would be beneficial
- Someone who is commercially savvy
- Strong leader to manage the team
- Excellent client relationship management
