To support the ongoing growth and success of our brand, a new opportunity has arisen for a Head of Brand Growth to join a small (and growing) team that is determined to achieve great things and have some fun along the way! This is a national position where you can be based anywhere with good access to London required. The role will involve working Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Create and execute all-encompassing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer retention and customer acquisition for our B2B clients and B2C consumers.
- Support driving adoption of best practice, unlock growth and optimisation of the brand.
- Create and execute a compelling marketing calendar aligned to business objectives.
- Establish exceptional cross-functional relationships that enable you to create and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with Food, Procurement and Design teams to create compelling food concepts from research to execution.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including organic social media, email, and any other online advertising.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve marketing goals.
- Play a lead role in planning and executing photo and video shoots to capture high-quality visuals for marketing materials, ensuring the visual content aligns with the brand's aesthetics and messaging.
- Oversee the creation of marketing material, including content, graphics, and other materials.
- Maintain consistency and coherence in brand messaging across all marketing materials.
- Identify opportunities through market and competitor activities.
- Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture, fostering creativity and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and capitalise on new opportunities that align with the brand’s overall business objectives.
- Create, monitor and report on support tools to help operations teams deliver brand and marketing objectives.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- A positive attitude, a drive to excel and a love of food.
- Proven experience in successfully executing commercial marketing strategies in a food service or a relatable environment.
- Ability to implement evaluation and measurement methodology against outcomes to evidence success and support continuous improvement.
- Brilliant collaboration, communication and team building skills.
- Comfortable in challenging existing ways of working and uniting teams to achieve buy-in and consensus.
- Breadth of skills across a broad marketing spectrum including building and managing audiences and delivering successful campaigns.
- Competent in Google Analytics, content creation and day-to-day reporting across multiple social media channels.
- Evidence of successfully navigating complex stakeholder maps and managing multiple competing priorities to gain consensus at speed.
- Ability to combine strong commercial skills, retail expertise and creativity to deliver against targets.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and decision-making skills.
- The ability to articulate the characteristics of a high performing team.
