Chef Manager in Grove

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, weekend availability required occasionally due to business needs,

• Lead the kitchen during high-volume service, managing up to 200 covers at peak periods, ensuring consistent quality, timing, and presentation of high-end plated dishes, including the daily main course offer.
• Deliver a high-quality, budget-controlled menu with a focus on premium plated meals
• Manage, train, and support kitchen staff, ensuring strong performance, food safety compliance, and efficient service during peak periods.
• Drive culinary innovation and sales growth by delivering exceptional food standards, pushing boundaries, and leading from the front - collaborating closely with the team to showcase and maximise the use of seasonal and client-led products
• Managing up to 6 chefs
