Responsibilities
- Provide group-level support across 4 operational sites and 4 hospitality-only sites, ensuring consistency in standards and delivery.
- Act as a central point of coordination for one contract, aligning site performance with overall business objectives.
- Support site teams and Operations Manager with strategic input, problem-solving, and operational improvements.
- Drive consistency in food quality, service standards, and brand delivery across all locations.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of best practice across sites.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring a joined-up and proactive approach to the contract.
