We are currently recruiting for a Group General Manager to work with us in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two sites that provide exceptional hospitality services and staff dining.

Location: 0X12 0DQ

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - sociable hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations.
  • Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering.
  • Lead, develop and manage the team of 20+ staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business.
  • Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
  • Managing exciting projects within the sites from creation to delivery.
  • Develop plans to expand and enhance catering services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas.
  • Implement sustainable practices and stay innovative.
  • Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
