Key Responsibilities
- Client relationship management: Act as the primary senior point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships. Manage client expectations and communicate project progress, addressing any issues and keeping them informed of developments.
- Operational and contract management: Ensure contract delivery meets or exceeds agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Oversee all aspects of contract performance, including compliance with contractual terms and health and safety regulations. Develop and implement operational excellence and innovation within contracts. Produce regular performance reviews, reports, and strategic development plans.
- Financial and commercial management: Manage the financial performance of contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Maximise profitability by controlling costs and managing margins. Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities, such as upselling new services. Lead the company's role in contract retenders.
- Team leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to ensure consistent service excellence. Foster a collaborative culture and ensure staff are trained and managed effectively. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards across all managed sites.
