Gather & Gather is recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at Belhaven Hill School, near Dunbar.

You will prepare and deliver high-quality main meals for 200+ students and staff, help with menu development, and manage stock and allergens with strict food safety standards.

Working 40 hours per week on a 5 over 7 shift pattern (every other weekend), you will support the Head Chef and mentor junior staff while upholding hygiene and kitchen discipline.
