Salary: 35,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day food operation, delivering high-quality breakfast, lunch, hospitality, and vending services.
- Prepare and serve fresh food for a restaurant seating approximately 40 covers, with lunch volumes of 20-35 covers daily.
- Lead and support a Catering Assistant, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth front-of-house operations.
- Oversee hospitality requests, ensuring food is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain stock control, ordering, food costs, and waste management within a compact kitchen environment.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health.
