This position is Monday – Friday.

Location: London

Rate of pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + amazing benefits

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday – 8am to 4pm

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of 3
• Oversee and produce a fresh on-trend breakfast and lunch offering
• Develop and plan menus in line with client and customer expectations
• Be creative in menu planning, including input from clients and customers
• Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standards

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Good experience in quality fresh food operations
• In touch with high street food trends
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage food costs to produce a healthy GP
• A self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
• Computer literate and able to liaise with clients
